BIOGRAPHY
Anthony Ray Phelps is a Southwest Oklahoma based singer-songwriter. Currently his released work is stripped down with just his vocals and guitar, which has been coined as "dark country". Phelps is gearing up to record a studio album this year incorporating pedal steel guitar. He will be touring the US Southwest performing solo or as a two piece with his new pedal steel player.
